Crave complies with all laws applicable in the Province of Alberta governing the protection of privacy. Accordingly, all customer information
provided to Crave is considered confidential and is not used for purposes outside of business transactions. Crave does not share customer information
with third parties without the customer’s consent.

Crave may, from time to time, enable visitors to the Website to provide Crave with feedback by email or otherwise (“Customer Content”).
If you provide Customer Content you grant Crave a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use,

SALES POLICY
Crave is a bakery/retail business that produces and sells baked goods and related items to the general public. Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars, and
the Total Order Price will include the price of the products(s) plus any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges. Please review your order carefully
before submitting it for processing. Crave reserves the right to change ordering process for its products at any time.
Crave accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards for Website Ordering payment methods, with Debit and Crave Gift Card methods also accepted for in-store
purchases. On-line orders successfully submitted are charged simultaneously to your credit card. Credit card approval is subject to the standards applied by Crave’s
financial processing partners (Chase Paymentech).
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on delivered products. Crave offers full refunds for orders that are cancelled or modified with at least 24 hours prior
written notice. Defective product, or product orders filled in error by Crave will be reissued or refunded, providing the product is in its original packaging and
has not been consumed.
DELIVERY POLICY
Crave offers product delivery within the city of Calgary subject to availability and a minimum purchase value, and will only be made to a business or residential
address. Same-Day delivery is not available.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable law of Canada.
