Raspberry Sour Cream Pie

A new summer staple!  Our pies are made from scratch.  Flaky pastry, with raspberry sour cream filling. Topped with brown sugar pecan crumb.

Conveniently available in a baked and frozen (bake at home) option.

Pies are 9 inches in diameter and yield approximately 6 - 8 servings.

Pie orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice.  In store availability may vary.

Pastry – water, sugar, salt, lard, butter, flour | Filling – flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, raspberries | Crumb – brown sugar, flour, butter, pecans

Contains: milk, wheat, eggs, nuts (pecans), lard

Bake at Home Instructions:
Remove pie from freezer and allow to thaw.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the pie in the oven for 20 minutes at 400°F. Turn down the oven to 325°F and continue to bake for 40-60 minutes.

The crumb should be a deep golden brown and the fruit lightly bubbling on the outer rim. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
