February Craving of the Month

We have been busy in our test kitchen creating a new craving of the month for February.  After many taste tests, a sinfully rich dark Chocolate Cherry Cake was created.  We added sour cherries to our chocolate cake and added a little kirsch. Instead of our traditional butter cream icing we love so much we thought we try something different, and created a rich whipped dark chocolate ganache infused with a little more kirsch!  A very decadent indulgence, we think it is something you really should try!

New to our Menu - Chocolate Caramel Tarts for Two

For Valentine's day, we set out on a sweet mission to create a special dessert just for two. Staying true to our passion of creating simple sweet indulgences from scratch,  we created the Chocolate Caramel Tart by first creating our own recipe of chocolate tart dough.  The tart shells are filled with a thick layer of our vanilla-bean infused caramel followed by a layer of Valrhona Carmelia Chocolate, then finished with a sprinkling of fleur de sel.

Valentine Heart Shaped Cookies

Our mom's "Valentine Cookie Recipe" shaped into hearts.  We never know what to call these cookies as they are not really a sugar cookie but more of a simple vanilla biscuit cookie made incredibly addictive when iced with our vanilla butter cream icing!  The cookies are iced with white, pink or blue vanilla icing with a sweet message written on top and placed in a clear box ready for gifting to your sweetheart!

Cookie Love Letters

Using our mom's Valentine Cookie recipe again we have shaped the cookies into beautiful scalloped edge rectangles, iced the cookies with white, pink or vanilla butter cream icing packaged in a beautiful white re-usable tin.  Personalize the message up to 15 characters for your loved one!
