Store Manager Aspen Landing
Crave opened in September 2004 with a passion for baking. We bake today, the same way we started, from scratch each morning cracking every egg. The best part of our day is sharing our cupcakes, cakes, and cookies with our customers. We now have seven Crave bakeries located in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Kelowna. We pride ourselves on being a great bakery and a great employer.

Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Provide direct feedback to Crave employees in the areas of organization, efficiency and product quality by maintaining ongoing employee training
• Directing flow in the bakery operation • Understand and subscribe to the Crave Values & Vision
• Ensuring product quality and consistency
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment
• Hire, train, schedule and manager staff in both the bakery and retail areas
• Responsible for daily bakery production and ingredient ordering
• Make active contributions to help achieve store and Crave team goals and successes
• Data collection and retention
• Innovative problem solving
• Triaging priorities
• Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of your team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through mentorship and collaboration
• Providing remarkable customer services experiences

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves the Crave brand as much as we do!
• Possess critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven
• Able to partake in developmental feedback to improve results
• Naturally has the ability to energize others
• Team oriented
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Shopify
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Worksheets
• Skilled leading teams, influencing business direction and negotiating more advantageous agreements that create “win-win” conclusions
• Change agent who is open to new ideas, a good listener and comfortable challenging the status quo.
• Intellectually curious and open to new processes supporting continuous improvement
• You care deeply, genuinely and passionately about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.
• Minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in a leadership role required
