CeCe’s is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista to join our team. In this role, you’ll craft quality coffee and specialty beverages, deliver warm and attentive customer service, and help create the welcoming café experience our guests come back for. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently and efficiently. • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide helpful menu recommendations. • Handle cash, card, and point-of-sale transactions accurately. • Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, equipment, and seating areas. • Restock cups, milk, syrups, beans, food items, and other supplies as needed. • Follow recipes, food safety standards, and health and safety procedures. • Work collaboratively with team members to keep service smooth during busy periods.
Qualifications:
• Previous barista experience required, including dialing espresso, pulling shots, and preparing espresso-based beverages consistently. • A strong understanding of café pace, drink accuracy, and guest-focused service is important to success in this role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure. • Reliable, punctual, and team oriented. • Basic cash-handling and math skills. • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Availability:
Candidates should be available for barista shifts, including a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods as Crave needs require. This is an hourly + tips position with an Employee Assistance Program, and Comprehensive benefits package (for employees working +24 hours).
