Crave opened in September 2004 with a passion for baking. We bake today, the same way we started, from scratch each morning cracking every egg. This position works alongside our retail bakery team, with the direction from the On-Site Manager, to create a warm, welcoming Crave experience for every guest. As a Customer Service Retail Associate, you will represent the Crave brand, handle transactions accurately, package baking with care, and help keep the bakery clean, organized, and guest ready.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
• Act as a company advocate and embody the Crave values with every guest interaction. • Welcome guests warmly and help them with in-store purchases, bakery services, and future orders. • Deliver exceptional guest service by listening carefully, answering questions confidently, and creating a positive retail experience. • Follow proper credit card and cash handling procedures through the point-of-sale system. • Understand and support the Crave values and vision in daily work. • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready work environment. • Box and package all customer baking with care, accuracy, and attention to presentation. • Develop strong knowledge of Crave’s from-scratch menu and be able to speak to products with confidence. • Provide bakery support when required to help the team serve guests efficiently.

Availability:
Candidates should be available for retail bakery shifts, including a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods as Crave needs require. This is an hourly position with an Employee Assistance Program, and a Comprehensive benefits package (for employees working +24 hours).
