Create bakery quality pies at home with our homemade pie crust disk, hand-crafted from real, old-fashioned ingredients. Each dough disk is made with a classic blend of rich butter and premium lard, giving you a flaky, tender, and flavourful pie crust. Simply unwrap, roll, and bake.
Each piece (300g) will yield two 8"-9" shells or one double crust pie.

How to Roll Pie Dough
Place well-chilled dough on a floured surface and sprinkle the top with flour. Place your rolling pin in the middle of the pastry and roll outward from center to edge applying even gentle pressure. After a few rolls, lift and turn the pastry. Roll outward again from center to edge. Repeat rolling and lifting until pastry reaches your desired thickness. Lightly flour underneath and on top of dough as necessary to prevent sticking.
