Did you know Crave offers online ordering? Well now you do! Keep reading this guide to ordering sweet treats from Crave for your next celebration. 

Choose Your Order 
The first step to ordering with Crave is to visit our website. Here, you will be able to view all our available menu items, from specialty cupcakes and minis to tiered and fancy cakes! Simply click on the product you would like to order, add in how many of each you would like and add them to your cart! From here, you can add a special message to your order if it is a gift, or you can proceed right to checkout.  

Call Our Central Orderline if You Need Help 
Our team of Baking Experts is ready to help with your celebration, gift, or inquiry! Located in downtown Calgary at our Head Office, our friendly and knowledgeable team coordinates orders and inquiries for all locations, including Edmonton and Saskatoon! 

For orders required sooner than 24 hours, any special requests, large orders, weddings, or order modifications contact us by phone or send us an email. If we miss your call, please leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Schedule a Pickup or Delivery 
When you order online or call our central Orderline, you have the option to schedule an in-store pickup or delivery. When you order online you will have the option to pick up your order at the Crave store location most convenient for you. We also offer delivery service in Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon! We require a minimum order of $22.00 for delivery. In Calgary our delivery order cut off is 11:00 am, 48 hours before and in Saskatoon & Edmonton the delivery order cut off is 11:00 am on the previous day. Please visit our website for more information on delivery times and dates to best help us coordinate your order.  

Leave the Rest to Us 
Now you have picked your items from our delicious menu, scheduled your pickup or delivery, it is time for our bakery team to do what we do best! While we are busy creating for your special event, you focus on planning or just sit back and relax!  

Enjoy
Once you have picked up your order or have received your delivery, the only thing left to do is enjoy! Our cupcakes are made with real, fresh ingredients. We believe it’s best if cupcakes are consumed on the day they are purchased. We recommend taking the cupcakes out of the cardboard box and placing them in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator overnight or place the airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Keep your cupcake box upright and stack your boxes no more than two high and be sure to place the box into your recycle bin after consuming.
