Rules and Regulations 

Contest Overview:
The following rules and regulations pertain to the giveaway contest organized by Crave Cookies and Cupcakes (referred to as "the Organizer"). The contest is in compliance with Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada rules and regulations.

Contest Duration:
The giveaway contest will take place on Thursday, September 7th, 2023, running from 8:00 am - 11:59 pm MST (referred to as "the Contest Day"). 

Eligibility:

• The giveaway contest is open to all residents of Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Giveaway participants can still enter if they reside outside of these cities, and are able to travel to pick up their prize. 
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Crave Cookies and Cupcakes are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Ways to Enter:
Participants can enter the giveaway contest through the following methods:

• In-Store Entry:
• Visit a physical Crave Cookies and Cupcakes store location on the Contest Day.
• Scan the provided QR code located in-store to access the online entry form.
• Complete the online entry form with the following information:
• Full name
• Email address
• Birthday month
• Location
• Favorite Crave treat
• Email Entry:
• On the Organizer's birthday, an email campaign will be sent out to subscribers, containing a link to the online entry form.
• Click the link to access the online entry form.
• Complete the online entry form with the following information:
• Full name
• Email address
• Birthday month
• Location
• Favorite Crave treat
• Social Media Entry:
• On the Contest Day, the Organizer will post giveaway details on their official social media platforms.
• To enter via social media, participants must:
• Follow the official Crave Cookies and Cupcakes social media account(s) for Calgary, Edmonton, and Saskatoon.

• Like the giveaway post on the designated social media platform. Comment on the post with their birth month and tag a friend. A bonus entry will be provided if participants share to their stories on Instagram.

Winner Selection:

• The winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. 
• There will be 12 winners. One per month starting October 1, 2023, and running until September 30, 2024. 
• Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided during entry (email). If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
• The winner must coordinate with the Crave Cookies and Cupcakes Orderline team two weeks in advance of prize collection. 
• This giveaway is pick up only. Delivery is an extra charge if that option is chosen. 

Prizes:
The prizes for the giveaway contest will include a Crave gift card for $100 and a balloon bundle for $50. The total approximate value of all prizes is $150.

General Terms:

• By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates the rules.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The Organizer's decisions regarding the contest, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason.

Personal Information:

• All personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Participant Photos:
By participating in the contest, participants agree that Crave Cookies and Cupcakes may take photos of contest participants for promotional purposes. These photos may be used in social media posts, website content, and other marketing materials related to the contest.

Legal Compliance:
The giveaway contest will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of Alberta, Canada.
