All Cookie Dough, Buttercream and cupcake orders are shipped in recyclable boxes with ice packs and are insulated with terrafibre hemp. All Cake Mix orders are shipped in recyclable boxes.If your cookie dough or buttercream arrive slightly thawed, don’t worry! We’ve lab tested and made sure they are safe to be placed back into the freezer. All you have to do is make sure you store the product in the freezer until it’s time to bake or consume the products right away.

Customers are no longer eligible for changes or cancellations once an order has been dispatched, including in the case of any shipping errors or delays caused by the courier.

After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
