Decisions, Decisions, Decisions 

We find that the easiest way to begin planning your special event is to decide on a theme. When you have an idea in your mind, it becomes much easier to pick from all the options available to you. Are you searching for a traditional cake or looking to have a fancy cake for your special event? Do you have a colour palette that you would like to stick to? These are all great questions to ask yourself in order to move on to the next steps.  

Pick Your Favourite Flavour 

The Crave team knows that it may be overwhelming to pick a flavour for your cake or cupcakes. However, we also think it is the best (and tastiest) step of all! While you may know exactly which flavour of cake and icing you would like if you were still on the fence, we suggest creating your own cake tasting! The best way to do this is to pick out your top choices of Crave cake flavours and give them a try with our mini cupcakes. Once you have a flavour chosen, you are ready for the next step in your planning.  

Keep in Mind the Number of Guests 

While planning your special event, you must keep in mind the number of guests that will be attending. Keeping the number of guests in mind will also help you to make sure that there will be no waste as well as no shortage! Our 6” cakes serve 8-12, our 8” serves 12-20 and our 10” serves 20-30. If cupcakes are more fitting for your special event, then we would suggest at least two mini cupcakes per person or one original size cupcake.

We do also offer local delivery in all three cities we operate in. In Calgary, our delivery order cut off is 11:00 am, 48 hours before and in Saskatoon and Edmonton, the delivery order cut off is 11:00 am on the previous day.
