How do I store my Gingerbread House?
Gingerbread House kits should be stored at room temperature - please do not put it in the fridge or freezer. Gingerbread House kits are edible and will stay fresh for 6 weeks.
Why did we make a limited number of Gingerbread House Kits?
Our limited edition Gingerbread House Kits are back! A delightful package complete with everything you'll need to construct and decorate your very own gingerbread masterpiece. We based our numbers on customer interest and last year’s success. Creating a limited-edition product also allowed our team to not feel overwhelmed.
Why are the Gingerbread House Kits online only?
Because of the anticipated interest, pre-ordering online is the most effective and efficient way for our teams to launch the Gingerbread House Kits.
Will there be more Gingerbread House Kits?
We will not be making any more Gingerbread House Kits. Stay tuned for next year!
Does Crave ship the Gingerbread House Kits?
The Gingerbread House Kits will only be available for pickup or delivery in the cities we operate in (Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon). Due to the high cost of shipping and the fragility of the product we are not currently able to offer shipping outside of our three cities.

What happens if a piece of the Gingerbread House Kit is broken?
Just like Santa, our teams check each order twice to make sure there are no broken pieces inside your Gingerbread House Kit. In the case that you do experience a broken cookie piece while decorating, get creative by using the royal icing to fix the pieces.
Will you be doing this again next year?
We hope to bring the Gingerbread House Kits back during next year’s holiday season! We are taking all feedback into consideration to make it even better.
Product Storage
Our cupcakes are made with real, fresh ingredients. We believe it’s best if cupcakes are consumed on the day they are purchased. Please follow the do’s and don’ts below to ensure your cupcakes make it home safely and stay as fresh as possible if you plan to keep them longer than 24 hours.
DO
• Take the cupcakes out of the cardboard box, place in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator overnight or place the airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
• Keep your cupcake box upright and stack your boxes no more than two high.
• Place the box into your recycle bin after consuming.
DON’T
• Leave your cupcakes in the cardboard box overnight, as they will dry out.
• Tip the box, otherwise your cupcakes may tumble over.
